Everything you need to get started: up to 30 bookings/month, an online booking widget, table management, guest profiles, and more — all for free. A 5% platform fee applies only when you process payments through Verjus. Need more bookings? Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.

On the free plan, Verjus charges a 5% fee on transactions processed through our platform (deposits, prepaid reservations, event tickets). This is on top of Stripe's standard processing fee. Upgrading to Pro removes the Verjus platform fee entirely — you only pay Stripe's fee.

Two signs it's time: (1) you're hitting the 30-booking limit, or (2) you process more than ~€1,200/month in payments through Verjus. At €1,200/month, the 5% fee is already €60 — more than the €39 Pro subscription. Either way, Pro pays for itself.

Absolutely. Many restaurants use Verjus purely for reservation management. On the free plan with no payment processing, you pay €0.

Optional modules you can purchase on top of any plan. The CRM add-on (€12/mo) gives you advanced guest management, campaign tools, and 10,000 extra marketing emails/month. More modules (POS, Sales) are coming soon.

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders) are unlimited on all plans. Marketing emails (campaigns, newsletters) require Pro (5,000/mo included) or the CRM add-on (+10,000/mo). Additional sends cost €2 per 1,000 emails.

Stripe, our payment processor, charges a processing fee (typically 1.5% + €0.25 in the EU). On the free plan, the 5% Verjus platform fee is on top of Stripe's fee. On Pro, only Stripe's fee applies.

Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your Pro subscription or any add-on at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
